BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE | |
1 c. shortening 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. plain flour 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. BLAIR butter-nut flavoring Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine plain and self-rising flours with salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in Blair butter-nut flavoring. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
