MOM'S FRUIT SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipped cream

Cook first 4 ingredients until thickened. Cool slightly. Fold into whipped cream.

SALAD:

Drained fruit as follows:
2 cans chunky fruit
1 can chunk pineapple
1 can pears
1 can mandarin oranges
Maraschino cherries
Bananas, grapes and miniature marshmallows

Refrigerate until serving.
