SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar

Combine cabbage, butter, caraway seed, salt, flour and 1 cup water in saucepan. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add vinegar and sugar; mix lightly.
