PEPPER STEAK 
1 med. round steak (thin sliced), cut in strips (about 3/4 x 3-inch)
1/2 pepper, cut in lengthwise, thin strips
1 sm. onion, cut in wedges
1 can sm. button mushrooms
3 cubes beef bouillon & 2 to 3 c. water (make beforehand)
Sm. bottle soy sauce

Saute steak in little oil; add vegetables, bouillon mixture and 1/2 bottle soy sauce. Let simmer until vegetables are barely tender. Thicken with cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Serve over rice.
