BEEF TURNOVER 
1 egg
4 oz. tomato sauce (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
5 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally
1 c. seasoned croutons or stuffing mix

Lightly beat together egg, tomato sauce and salt. Add ground beef and bread crumbs; mix lightly. Pat out to 11 inch circle on waxed paper. Arrange 3 slices of cheese over half of meat loaf and sprinkle with croutons. Fold over to make turnover shape.

Place in shallow baking pan by lifting waxed paper and inverting into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Arrange remaining cheese on top of meat loaf and bake 5 minutes longer.
