PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Combine above ingredients and cream until fluffy.

Line muffin pans with cupcake liners and place a vanilla wafer in each. Fill 2/3 full of filling. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with cherry pie filling when ready to serve.
