PUMPKIN CRISP 
1 lg. can or 2 c. pumpkin
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs

Mix above ingredients. Line a 9x13 pan with wax paper and grease. Pour above mixture into pan. 2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle 1 large box yellow cake mix. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour evenly on top of cake mix. Spread nuts evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. After baking, invert on cooling rack and let set until paper releases.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients. Add 3/4 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cake evenly.
