STEAK AND POTATOES 
The amount of steak and potatoes used in this dish may vary with the number of people to be served.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil with enough to cover and seal. Place steaks (can use round steak, chuck or T-bone) on bottom. Peel and slice potatoes in rounds about 1/4 inch thick, and place on top of steaks. Sprinkle a package of Lipton's onion soup mix over steaks and potatoes and dot with butter. Cover with overlaps of foil and crimp all edges to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on amount used.
