BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. seasoned croutons
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled or other meat

Combine first 2 ingredients in bottom of greased 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crouton mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set. Double recipe for a 9"x13" pan.
