8-10 fresh carrots, peeled
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Cook carrots until tender. Split lengthwise and add honey, oregano and salt. Put in casserole and add cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
