BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix as pastry in mixing bowl. Add 1 cup buttermilk. Pour into Pyrex dish then add 2 cups blackberries. If sweetened, 1 cup if not add 2 cups of sugar. Stir until dissolved. Spoon on batter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can use blueberries, cherries, etc.
