BOSTON BAKED FISH 
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. flounder or haddock
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Spread over fillets. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika. Spread on can of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes. Serves 4.
