MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 c. water
Sprinkle of pepper

Brown beef 2 to 3 minutes on high or until done stirring once or twice. Mix egg with cottage cheese. Layer noodles, spaghetti sauce, meat, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Add water and pepper. Cover with Saran Wrap. Punch hole with toothpick in Saran Wrap. Microwave 10 minutes on high. Then microwave 30 to 32 minutes on medium low. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Cover. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
