CHILI - ROTINI SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato paste
4 c. water
8 oz. rotini (uncooked)

Brown and drain ground beef; add rest of ingredients except rotini. Bring to boil; add rotini. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
