3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)

Cook rhubarb, sugar and water on full power for 8 minutes or until rhubarb is done. Add pudding mix and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until clear. Very good!
