CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 hen, cooked and boned
2 or 3 c. broth
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion
2 garlic buttons, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato paste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. spaghetti

While cooking spaghetti, saute onion, celery, and garlic in a little butter. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Mix well and simmer a few minutes. Add spaghetti and cheese. Serves 12.
