CHICKEN BERSERK 
2 tbsp. oil
6 each chicken legs & thighs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 clove garlic
1-2 cans jalapeno peppers
1 lg. onion, finely sliced
2 cans diced green chiles
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown chicken in oil. Place sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, flour, garlic and jalapenos in blender and whirl until smooth. When chicken is brown, transfer to a shallow 3 quart baking dish. Add onion to frying pan and cook until limp. Spoon onion and chiles over chicken and pour sour cream mixture over chicken.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle on cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Skim off fat before serving.
