CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and diced or 3 breasts and 2 thighs
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/8 to 1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 stick butter, melted

Layer chicken, broccoli and water chestnuts in casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over water chestnuts. Layer 1/4 package Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing, melt more butter and pour over stuffing. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Very good to double for a large crowd.
