1 qt. peaches
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Grease oblong cake pan lightly. Pour peaches on the bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches. Melt butter and pour over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
