PIZZA BATTER BREAD | |
3 c. flour 1 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/4 c. warm water 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add oregano, garlic powder, oil, sugar and 2 cups flour. Stir until smooth! Add pepperoni and remaining cup of flour. Mix well. Cover bowl and let rise 45 minutes. Stir dough down. Spread dough in 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Grill cheese between slices of this pizza bread for a luncheon treat! |
