ONE-POT MEAL 
1 lb. ground meat
2 ribs celery, sliced thin (optional)
1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
3 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 can tomatoes and juice
1 can water (maybe more)
Salt
Pepper

Brown meat in skillet, season with salt and pepper. Add layers of vegetables in above order. Top with cut tomatoes. Add juice and water. Cook slowly. May have to add water. When potatoes and cabbage are tender, it is ready to serve. Serve with cornbread.
