1 box Creamette macaroni
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground round
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine cheeses, onion and green pepper. Cook macaroni. Layer of macaroni, layer of cheese, pour over butter. Brown meat and place on top (salt). Pour over tomato sauce. Cook 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
