BUNDT COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter extract (opt.)

Make a mixture of 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Butter bundt pan. Line bottom of pan with chopped pecans. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on pecans. Pour 1/2 of cake batter in pan, the remaining cinnamon mixture and rest of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Tip upside down when removed from oven.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk

When cake is cooled, drizzle frosting on top and along sides.
