CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE | |
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 3/4 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 c. chopped pecans Combine cake mix, pudding, mix, milk, chocolate chips, and eggs in a very large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in nuts. Bake in well greased bundt pan in preheated 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then remove. Cake can be cut into quarters and frozen for small portions. Very rich cake. |
