WILD RICE HOTDISH 
1 c. washed wild rice
2 cans mushroom soup
2 onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chicken broth
Salt

Mix ingredients and put in casserole. Boil 1 chicken for 1 hour or use 1 canned whole chicken. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add chicken in large chunks and 1 can drained mushrooms. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
