ZIPPY DIP ITALIENNE 
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 tbsp. finely minced scallions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, well rubbed (or to taste)
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Blend sour cream with all other ingredients. Refrigerate for about 3 hours to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before using.
