PRIME RIB STEAKS WITH WHIPPED
HORSERADISH

This is something created at the last minute because we didn't want to heat up the house with the roast. It was INCREDIBLE!!!!

rib-eye roast, cut into 1/2-inch steaks
seasoned salt (Lawry's)
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

There isn't much to this recipe! Rib-eye roast is usually used for Prime Rib.

Sprinkle the steak cuts with seasoned salt (preferably Lawry's) and grill for about 10 minutes each side.

Medium heat is best, depending on the type of barbecue. In about 20 to 30 minutes you will have the best steak you have ever had - no bones either.

Preparing the whipped horseradish is easy. Add the 2 tablespoons of horse-radish to the heavy whipping cream. Whip by hand until desired consistency. Use more horseradish to make it spicier or less to make it sweeter!

Yields about 10 steaks (depends on size of roast)
