LO-CAL CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
5 tbsp. sugar substitute
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 9-inch pie pan. No crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Refrigerate to cool.
