CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 to 4 lb. cut chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
18 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1 sm. jar pimento (chopped fine)
1/2 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained and chopped (4 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth (8 oz.)
1/2 c. black ripe olives, chopped fine
Parmesan cheese

Saute celery, onion, and green pepper in butter. Cook spaghetti. Mix all ingredients but Parmesan cheese. Put in a flat 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve at once.
