MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa (a little more than level)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk and mix until dry ingredients are dissolved. Put mixture in a 2 quart microwave tall container (glass measuring cup is perfect). Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir pudding well. Cook on high for another 3 minutes. Stir well again. Cook on high for 3 more minutes. Add vanilla and stir well. Pour into serving dishes and chill.

NOTE: You may substitute nonfat dry milk for milk by adding 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
