MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. soft white bread cubes
1 tbsp. butter

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla in glass dish (ceramic works well too). Beat and stir in rest of ingredients. Dot with butter and dust with cinnamon. Microwave at 50% 26-28 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. (Combine sour cream, vanilla and brown sugar to taste and spoon over helpings!)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
