BROWN SUGAR BROWNIES 
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 lb. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter; add sugar and stir to dissolve. Set aside to cool. Blend in eggs, flour, chocolate chips and nuts. Turn the mixture into greased and floured pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into squares.
