CHINESE SALAD 
1 head napa cabbage, chopped bite size
5 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (discard seasonings packet)
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sunflower or sesame seeds
3/4 stick butter

DRESSING:

1 c. sunflower oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Salad: Break noodles into small pieces and brown with almonds in 3/4 stick (or less) butter until golden. "toast" sunflower or sesame seeds in the oven until "toasted". Mix altogether with cabbage and onions.

Dressing: Combine ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
