PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. peaches (frozen or canned)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. juice from peaches
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. boiling water

Mix peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar and peach juice. Put into an 8 or 9 inch baking pan.

Mix Bisquick, butter and water with a fork until dough is a ball and cleans wall of bowl. Divide into biscuit size parts and place on top of fruit mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
