CHEESY POTATOES 
8 potatoes, medium size

Boil with bay leaf, let them get cold, peel and shred. Put into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix sauce: 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. butter Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. grated onions 1/2 c. shredded yellow cheese

Pour over potatoes. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and some bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Could use frozen hash brown potatoes.
