PATTI'S 'ATSA ITALIAN BREAD 
Frozen bread dough (3 in a pkg.)
1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Italian sausage, cooked and chopped up
1 lg. jar olives, sliced
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Parmesan cheese
1 can Romano cheese
Parsley, chopped, to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except bread, in a large bowl. Roll out one loaf of bread and place all in the center of the dough. Roll up the dough around the ingredients and wrap it in aluminum foil and freezer paper. Freeze on a flat surface.

To serve, remove from freezer. Remove paper and foil. Place on a cookie sheet. Cover with a towel and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
