3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained (reserve 1/2 c. for spread)
1 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. cream cheese

Combine dry ingredients; make a well and put in strawberries, oil, and well- beaten eggs. Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans. Fill and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SPREAD:

Soften 8 oz. cream cheese and mix with reserved 1/2 cup strawberries.
