RUBY CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 pkg. plain gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberries
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine Jello, gelatin, and water until dissolved. Add cold water and lemon juice. Mix and chill until syrupy. Fold in cranberries, celery, and walnuts. Chill.
