CHERRY DESSERT 
30 soda crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix the crackers and butter together. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat. Mix the 2 top mixtures together. Add the vinegar and vanilla and blend in. Put in a lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Bake for about 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool and spread 1 can of cherry pie filling on the top. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
