OATMEAL - PRALINE COFFEECAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in oats; set aside. With fork, beat buttermilk, egg and oil until blended. Add to oat mixture and stir to blend. Turn into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake in preheated oven 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

PRALINE TOPPING:

Cream 3 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in 1/3 cup chopped pecans.
