3 c. zucchini, shredded
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all together, place in greased casserole 350 degree for 30 minutes or until well browned.
