ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3-4 c. zucchini, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered 10-inch pie plate. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serves 6.
