BEST BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran Cereal 1 c. milk 1 egg 3 tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside. Measure Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran Cereal and milk into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. |
