PEANUT CORNMEAL CUPCAKES 
1 part beef suet (or your own fat drippings)
1 part peanut butter
6 parts cornmeal

Melt fat then add peanut butter and cornmeal. Put in pan and let harden in the refrigerator. Cut into squares or put in muffin tins and chill. Pop them out of tin. Put a couple in a suet basket or nylon bag and hang outside for the birds to eat. Store the rest in a cool place and use as needed.
