CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (at room temp.)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can Thank You pie filling

Place cookie wafer in cupcake paper and place in muffin tins.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and add to muffin tins 1/2 - 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Top with pie filling and store in refrigerator. (If storing overnight, top with pie filling just before serving.)
