STUFFED HAMBURGERS 
HAMBURGERS:

1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. bacon grease

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix meat, seasoning, crumbs and milk. Make into thin patties. Brown onion in 3 tablespoons butter, add dry ingredients and enough water to moisten. Spoon dressing between patties and press edges securely. Brown in 2 tablespoons bacon grease, add soup and cover. Simmer 45 minutes. Add milk or water if necessary.
