RAISIN BREAD GINGER SANDWICHES 
2/3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
1 tbsp. cream
4 tbsp. orange marmalade or crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Spread raisin bread with mayonnaise. Combine ingredients and spread between 2 slices of raisin bread. Trim crust off and cut sandwiches in desired shapes. Fills 2 loaves of bread, 22 sandwiches.
