SPINACH AND CHEESE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Hood cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of nutmeg
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
2 tbsp. butter

Cook spinach and drain. Mix together Hood cheese, eggs and seasonings. Blend in spinach. Place mixture in 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
