2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms (about 3 oz.)
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Line buttered 8 or 9 inch pie plate with potatoes.

Melt butter in pan; stir in flour and seasonings. Add broth gradually; stir until boiling. Add cream and mushrooms; cook a few minutes.
