1 egg, beat it
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil or melt shortening

Set aside. Mix in, can sift: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

I use 1 cup of chocolate bits. You can use berries, also. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
